Welcome to this wonderful place, a fantastic stylish house with tasteful interior which is newly built with all comforts. All this together with a large terrace, swimming in the sea with several places to eat where you like to spend the day and enjoy the sunsets. The house welcomes you warmly with its open floor plan and incredible sea views and is very light and airy with large windows. You look out over Gullmarsfjorden where you can easily go for a swim. The house is nestled in rural charm but with a panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding countryside. This house can be booked with advantage all year round regardless of the season. Perfect for larger groups and larger families who want to enjoy the pearls of the west coast and stay comfortably. You are welcomed with a large terrace around the house and the entrance is at the back of the house. You enter a bright and large entrance hall. Everything is tasteful and stylish with nice decor. Straight ahead you see the living room with the sea as a backdrop. To the right is the house's one bathroom with wc/sink and shower. The bathroom is bright with a very good standard. The living room is a step down, but lovely areas for company and socializing. There is a wood-burning stove that crackles well on the cold days of the year. The kitchen is open and bright with nice areas for dining. Nothing is missing here and you have two sinks, marble and substantial white goods. Everything is state-of-the-art, induction hob, fridge/freezer and more. The house offers a total of 8 beds. The large bedroom on the right has a double bed of 180 cm with a view of the sea. Adjacent is a large bathroom with two showers, sink and toilet. The house's second bedroom is a good room for you with slightly smaller children. Here is a double bed 180 cm and also a single bed 90 cm wide. The room can be screened off with a curtain. The house's third bedroom has two classic single beds. The house's fourth bedroom has a single bed of 120 cm with access to the balcony directly from the room. Next to this bedroom there is also a brand new laundry room with washing machine/dryer so the house can be booked with advantage for longer stays and all year round. Around the house, the rest of the grass areas are currently being laid, which will be ready in the spring/summer of 2023. On the balcony there will be plenty of lounge furniture, a barbecue and even a jacuzzi. There is parking below the house. There are also chargers for you with an electric car. If you want to charge your car, it's fine for a fee that you pay on site. The advantages of this house are many. The area is quiet and rural with several nice bathing spots nearby. Down by Jordfall there is a jetty where you can swim and fish for crabs. The area is called Bokenäs, where there is much to discover and you can easily reach several of the west coast's gems with a day trip to Lysekil, Grundsund and Fiskebäckskil by car.
