Beautiful cabin built 2022 over 3 floors, centrally located on Norefjell, with many activities nearby. There are paths and tracks just below the cabin and forest in the area. Adults and children alike can enjoy themselves here. The cabin is of a good standard with two terraces for grilling and cozy days. There are various toys and children's books here that you are welcome to use. Here, the panel oven is also extra childproof. There are also 3 highchairs and 2 children's travel cots available in the home. The loft has a Smart TV with Netflix and Viaplay which can be used freely. There is something very special about sitting by the window and enjoying the view towards the mountain Gaustadtoppen. The cabin has WiFi for free use. Spacious bathroom with direct access to laundry room with washing machine and a comfortable sauna with room for two. The bedroom on the first floor has a double bed and an office desk. The perfect location for the home office if you need to do some work while you are in the mountains. Plenty of room for a travel cot for a baby/small child, possibly a mattress on the floor. There is a thin mattress on which children can sleep on the floor if desired. There are several fishing lakes in the area and great hiking trails. The ski slopes run directly below the cabin and it is about 5 km to the alpine resort. It is 3 km to Quality hotel Norefjell, here you can use the pool, spa department, fitness room, climbing wall and children's playroom for a fee. In Sigdal, about 40 km away, there are opportunities for golf, rafting, go-karting, and much more. Electric car chargers such as Easee can be used free of charge. NB: You must bring your own charging cable. Parking space for two or three cars at the cottage. NB: toll road to the cabin (NOK 60 each time, status 2022). The cabin is not to be rented out to youth groups or people under the age of 25.
