A modern two-storey house with good standard and excellent location, only 300 m to the long lovely sandy beach in Mellbystrand, with its high, beautiful dunes. The house is located on the outskirts of a group house area close to both the sea and the adjacent Strandhotellet. Just when there is also Hökarfältet a lovely nature area with exercise tracks and barbecue areas. Perfect house for two families or a larger group that values the fantastic location and standard. The entrance level consists of kitchen with dining area and living room with a sofa bed for two people in open plan. Exit to a large lovely terrace. The kitchen has a glass hob with 2 plates and modern microwave with oven function. A bright bedroom with a double bed and fresh tiled bathroom with washing machine. At the entrance there is a terrace with lounge furniture. The upper floor is accessed via staircasen on the outside of the house. There is a small kitchenette and a smaller dining area. One bedroom with a double bed and exit to the balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Another bedroom with two single beds. Also on this floor there is a fresh fully tiled bathroom. You can charge your electric car / hubrid car at the house for a fee. Strandhotellet is next to your house and there is a restaurant and nice outdoor seating. You can also rent a sauna on the beach or rent bicycles. There is also a nice playground and an outdoor gym. The nice beach is within walking distance. Put on your bathrobe and take both morning and evening dips. The beach is shallow and child-friendly. At a convenient distance there is Mellby shopping center. To the south you have Skummeslövstrand summer center. There are also nice bike paths Both to Laholm and Båstad. Discover the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. Discover Båstad's lovely harbor area and make a visit to the cold bath house. Just north of Båstad are Norrviken's gardens, a popular destination. To Laholm you only have a short drive. Laholm has a cozy center with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Here Lagan winds its way around the city and there is nice salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. At Hallandsåsen there are also several lovely hiking trails. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its wide range of entertainment and all golf courses. Laholm's golf club is closest to you. The house is not rented to youth groups.
