In the attractive nature and holiday area close to Ålbæk is this beautiful cottage, which has been renovated inside and out in 2018. The original decor / furnishings from 1954 have been partially preserved and give the house a tranquility, where time has stood still with lots of charm and soul. Together with new simple and modern decor / furnishings, the house is extremely attractive, comfortable and personal. The cottage is very bright with large windows and sliding doors to the dunes and the four terraces, which let the light in all year round, and you can step directly into nature. There are great views to the east and south. Summer invites to open the sliding doors towards the dunes, and winter invites to light a fire in the stoves and the many candles. The house is furnished with 2 departments and is perfect for 2 families or 1 family with 2 generations. Both departments have a wood burning stove and a view to / direct access to the dunes towards the beach and the four terraces. All with teak garden furniture, two removable parasols, baskets you can fill with beach shells and lanterns you can light in the evening. The large department has a large bright living room with wood stove, TV, sofa group and dining table as well as an adjoining activity room with table football, sofa / armchairs and access to the west-facing terrace with evening sun. A large bright kitchen family room with dining table and exit to the east facing terrace with morning & # 8211; and afternoon sun. Two good bedrooms, one of which has access to a south-facing terrace and access to the loft with sea view. There is a bathroom with a shower and a guest toilet. The small department has a bright living room with wood stove and small open kitchen as well as armchairs / sofa, which can be turned out to be a sofa bed. There is a bookcase with books, games and drawings. Direct access to two terraces to the south and east. Large bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with washing machine. The house is located on a large natural plot / beach plot in the 1st dune row with its own path directly down to the child-friendly sandy beach, which invites for both morning & # 8211; and evening dip.
