A very pleasant and relatively newly built house located on a scenic plot with both forest and water. Here you have a spacious accommodation with all amenities. You live out in the countryside with the proximity to the beautiful Småland nature. A bit from the house go cows grazing and in the pond on the plot there are crayfish. If you wish, you are allowed to fish crayfish in the pond from 1 August. An idyll! Downstairs of the house there is a large living room with sofa group and TV. There is also a bright and fresh kitchen with a dining group. On this floor there is also the small bedroom with bunk bed and a small toilet. The bunk bed is wide at the bottom, which means that two children could sleep here. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and an open room with a sofa bed in case there are more than six people who want to live in the house. In one of the bedrooms there is a double bed and a travel bed for smaller children and in the other there are two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, etc. The house is located about five kilometers from Lake Rottnen and there are many good bathing areas. The most popular may be Sandstaden which is a beautiful bathing spot on rottnen's west shore. There are shelters, barbecue areas and large grass areas for play after cooling dips. If you bring your own boat, there is a boat ramp to put in the boat in Rottnen, but there is a locked boom so then you have to contact us first to use it. Other options are available to put in your boat, but they can be difficult to find. The area is full of attractions. The nearest major city is Växjö and there is a large selection of entertainment, restaurants, shopping, etc. About an hour's drive away you are down by the sea and all the nice summer pearls Ronneby and Karlshamn. There is a lot to experience and discover here! Please note that with corporate bookings, final cleaning becomes mandatory. Welcome to this idyll!
