This fantastic cottage is located high on a large natural plot with views of the sea and beautiful Halland landscape. The plot offers several seats with the possibility of sun, or shade, all day. The location is peaceful, you see no other houses but still close to life and movement. A short walk takes you to the beach with both sandy and rocky beach. Youth groups and company bookings are denied! The house has been tastefully renovated for the past 3 years, from the entrance you enter a fully equipped kitchen on one side and a spacious living room on the other. The living room has a beautiful stove and seating for a large party. From the kitchen you come out to a beautiful breakfast balcony and further out into the large garden. The house has 3 bedrooms, two more beds are in the nice shed with the magical view. A bathroom with washing machine and shower in the house, in the sauna house there is in addition to the sauna another shower and toilet. It is 300 m to the sea, nearby there is a bakery, coffee roastery and several cozy country shops. If you like ice cream, a visit to SIA ice cream is a must, to Falkenberg it is about 15 km.
