Spacious and bright living room in open connection with kitchen and dining area with access to a partially covered terrace and garden. There are two rooms with a double bed and a room with two single beds and a loft. Large bathroom with whirlpool and a guest toilet. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. The cottage is located on a lovely plot with a view of the fields and with space for ball games and play. There is a large communal playground a few minutes walk from the cottage. Not for rent to youth groups.
