Enjoy our non smoking first floor condo in The villages of five points. Five points offers two swimming pools , play ground , two mile walking path , tennis courts , restaurants , sports bar , hair salon and convenient shopping. Weis grocery store and cvs . Public transportation in the development. Yet so close to Lewes beach and Cape Henlopen state park. Minutes to all area beaches. Minutes to Tanger Outlets .
A paved two mile path around the development is perfect for walking and jogging . The Georgetown Lewes bike trail is just a walk away from our condo . Walk or ride your bike to downtown Lewes , old world bread , Hopkins creamery for delicious ice cream . To get to the trail going left on the walking path ( were at the corner of Old Orchard Rd. ) and you will connect on the other side of the cement plant . Minutes to beaches and the Cape may ferry.
Our beautiful first floor condo offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, living , dining area and a nice porch to sit and drink your morning coffee. Enjoy and evening glass of wine on our porch with beautiful solar string lights . Master bedroom offers a queen size bed with walk in closet and a private bathroom and shower . The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and entrance into the second full bath with a tub/shower combo .
