The first floor of the villa consists of a den with a sleeper sofa, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and access to the patio with great outdoor space. The outdoor space offers a patio dining table and chairs, a shared charcoal grill, and access to the grassy oceanfront lawn and the community pool.
On the first level, the twin bedroom has a flatscreen TV, patio access, and access to the bathroom in the upper foyer hall that features a walk-in shower. The second level of the villa is the main floor which offers an open kitchen, newly furnished living and dining areas with a slider door leading to the deck off the kitchen. Summary: This condo was great. I loved the ease of getting around near the area of its location. Great restaurants and live music close by. We had two couples and there was plenty of room with a bedroom to spare. Kitchen was well equipped if you like to cook. Had lots of extras too that we normally have to bring ourselves (beach towels, different soaps, garbage bags, etc.) There were not very many people at the pool each day, which was really nice.
