8 Bedrooms (with 2 Master Bedrooms), 7 with En Suite baths plus 2 half baths, Large private saltwater pool with covered outdoor entertainment area. New construction, on lagoon with incredible views from upper deck (you can see Sunset Bridge and beyond). Short walk to the beach. Elevator that stops on all four floors. Kitchen has beautiful marble countertops, coffee bar, pantry and large island. Dining room has large table, and seating. Very large decks with seating to enjoy your morning coffee, or head up in the evening to the upper level deck for breathtaking sunsets. Beautiful open floorplan with 2 story coiffered ceiling and beautiful views. Extensive decks on each level allows for plenty of outdoor leisure area, with very large covered outdoor entertainment area at pool with Tiki bar and TV. 9 king beds so everyone can enjoy a great nights rest, with Bed Linens (weekly rentals only) through Linen company (delivered to front door)! We do not provide towels or beach towels. There are 4 swings, sofas, bistro table and chairs, rocking chairs and chaise loungers on the property to enjoy and relax. The property does have front and back cameras for security purposes.

Summary: This property was very accommodating for our diverse family (age wise). It was large and open which allowed all of us to be together at the same time. The two refrigerators were amazing. Short walk to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. If we decide to come back to OIB we would rent here again! Thank you to the host who were quick to respond to any questions.
