The villa is well presented and comfortable with large rooms and enjoys the benefit of air conditioning/ heating throughout. The property is fully enclosed and secure with entrance gates and an alarm system. The property is built over two levels and consists of the main house and two separate annex bedrooms. The ground floor accommodation: Spacious lounge / dining room with a large comfortable L shaped sofa, Plasma TV with satellite channels. Dining table with seating for 12 people. Patio doors open out to a covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden area. Second living room with two large, comfortable sofas, feature wood burning fireplace a TV, DVD player and play station 2 games console. Outside: The large pool measuring 9.5m x4.5m (heating available with supplement) is surrounded by paved terraces providing lots of space for the plentiful garden furniture provided. Gently sloping lawns provide a great area for children to play and the landscaped gardens with mature trees provide shade and privacy. A brick built barbeque with seating area is tucked around the side of the property next to the kitchen and the small orchard of fruit trees.
