The cottage is a former barn adjacent to a typical genuine Ardennes farmstead, located on the outskirts of the quiet village of Noiseux. The adjacent buildings are not used. The farmhouse is located on the other side of the courtyard. You have your own garden on the outside of the farmstead, and from the terrace you can see the Ourthe flowing by. At the river is a recreational beach where you can watch the canoes paddle by. Durbuy, the smallest town in the world, is only 8 km away. La Roche with its castle ruins and the famous stalactite caves of Hotton are within 20 minutes. The area is very popular with road cyclists and mountain bikers, and there are also plenty of other outdoor sports in Durbuy and the surrounding area. Your vacation accommodation is not only beautiful and comfortable, practical things have also been thought of. So there is a bedroom and a bathroom with ground-level shower on the first floor, so the house is also suitable for people who are not so good on foot. But even for wheelchair users who are not completely dependent on assistance, the cottage is suitable. For ecological reasons there are pellet stoves, which have a very low energy consumption and excellent thermal performance. On the second floor there are 7 bedrooms and 3 luxurious bathrooms.
