Our cleaning crew cleans and disinfects very well in between tenants. They clean every door knob and light switch and sprays every area completely with disinfectant. open 2021: Lot's of week days in June and end of August, July 2nd for one night open This house has 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. OUTSIDE we have a huge deck on the 2nd floor and a patio on the first floor with a Weber grill with a gas line hooked to the house. We huge driveway that parks 12+ cars and a garage for your bikes. We have a grassy back yard. We have an outdoor enclosed shower. We are located a half mile or 10 minute walk to Scarborough beach. 1st FLOOR has 3 bedrooms , bath with stand up shower, washer/dryer, POOL TABLE , PING PONG table, sun room and 2nd refrigerator in the garage.. 2ND FLOOR has 30'x30' kitchen/living room/dining room combo (SEATS 26 people at a chair with table or bar stool at the island) plus a 24 x 16 sun room with a door going out to our 24 foot deck that seats 20 3RD FLOOR 2 bedroom that share a full bath with tub/shower combo and huge master bedroom with bath with stand up shower and jacuzzi All bedrooms have a TV and QUEEN size beds Sheets and towels are available for a charge ($250) SCARBOROUGH STATE BEACH IS A FREE BEACH TO WALK ON. The kitchen will have everything you need for a very large crowd. We have Kuerik and a 12 cup coffee maker, baking pans, lobster pots, crock pot, pancake griddle, etc. We have iron and iron board and hair dryers. In the garage we have beach chairs, a cart, boogie boards and beach toys. Narragansett is full of summer fun. We are a very short drive to Galilee where the Block Island Ferry is. Short drive to Pt Judith light house, Iggy's chowder house, Aunt Carrie restaurant and ice cream. Short drive to Narragansett Beach (the wall and Towers), Rodger Wheeler beach and other beaches. Adventure land is a few miles away with mini golf, batting cages, bumper cars and go carts. Yawgoo waterslides are 30 minutes away. We try hard to make you love this house and have a happy vacation here. We take request and ideas seriously. THERE IS A PLAYGROUND, BASKETBALL COURT AND TENNIS COURT IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD 2 BLOCKS OVER. WALK TO IT. SEE OUR CALENDAR We will provide 2 or more parking passes to park on the street (that is perpendicular to Ocean Rd) across the street from the beach. This is not the beach lot. YOU CAN BUY A CAR PARKING PASS FOR ONLY $60 or less if senior citizen for the summer ON LINE. GOOD FOR ALL THE STATE BEACHES. Please read the reviews We provide twice a week trash pickup.
