Located just south (1/3 mile) from 5 Star Ponte Vedra Inn & Club. 6,500sq ft Main house with 6 bedroom, 5full/ two 1/2baths, 3 laundry rooms, gym, 2 car garage and circular drive for plenty of parking. The combination large open family gathering area and kitchen with high end appliances and dining area are perfect for gatherings with a second smaller kitchen ideal for catering. The two-story owner's suite encompasses an entire wing with master bed room on lower floor and a second-story family room that opens to a deck with partial ocean views. Two smaller bedrooms on lower floor of main house that share a small full bathroom and three bedrooms up stairs one with private full bath and door to balcony the other share a full bathroom with one access to balcony. Guest house 2,128 sq ft with full kitchen open to TV area, upstairs one bedroom with private full bath & balcony overlooking golf course and the other bedroom shares full bath with loft which has two sofa beds and balcony overlooking pool, 500pound commercial grade ice machine in the 2 car garage. Outdoor living celebrates the best of Florida with magnificent pool & jacuzzi, large covered lanai , summer kitchen, fireplace & firepit. Over sized back yard for family fun which includes a basketball hoop and ping-pong table. Gathering up to 50 people must be discussed and approved by owner for an additional fee. This is a quiet upscale neighborhood with no outside music or loud gatherings 10pm on which is strictly enforced.
