This 7th-floor condo offers breathtaking near-panoramic views of the Gulf and Bay, which can be enjoyed from both the spacious interior and the wraparound lanai. Adjustable Queen bed in the primary bedroom, Queen bed in the guest bedroom and 56" TV's in the living room and primary bedroom. 42" TV in the guest bedroom. Keurig coffee maker, a reverse osmosis water system, a Grohe filter in the master bath shower, beautiful wood flooring in the bedrooms. Beach chairs, umbrellas and Pickleball gear provided. Guests must provide government issued ID and signed form to provide to condo association prior to arrival.
