At a beautifully located garden property with open and sunny southwestern aspect you will find this smart holiday home, dating from 2003. From the panoramic windows of the holiday home as well as from the sunny terrace you will have a fantastic view of the sea, where you can enjoy the sunset over the Hallarum bay and experience romantic hours. Between the house and the sea there is a pasture in the form of a meadow which is used in summer as paddock and wich borders on a lovely oakwood. The distance to the beach is only 150 meters and you will reach it over a gravel path. You can choose between a rocky beach with an own bathing jetty and a child-friendly sandy beach. You will have access to a boat and to bicycles, if you want to do so, you can even bring along your own horse.
In the surronding you will find excellent fishing waters and several golf courses. In the village of Jämjö, 2 kilometers away from the house, you will find a supermarket with a wide range of articles and customer-friendly business hours, a library, doctor's practices and a chemist's shop. The summer town of Karlskrona is about 20 kilometers away. It is the residence town of the Blekinge landscape which was built on several islands. Since 1998 the town center belongs to the UNESCO world cultural heritage.
Also the town of Kalmar and the sun island of Öland are not too far away. You will reach them after 70 kilometers.
