Our apartment in Caldaro (55m²) offers space for 4 people (2 adults + 2 children) and impresses with its spaciousness and comfort. It is equipped with shower/WC, central heating, TV, satellite connection, free WLAN, balcony, kitchen/living room and separate bedroom. Bed linen, towels and crockery are of course included.
Haus Weinberg is nestled in picturesque vineyards in Kaltern am See. All apartments have their own balcony and a private parking space. Guests have access to a communal sunbathing lawn with children's playground.
Our house is a 20-minute walk (5 minutes by car) from the center of Kaltern and the nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk away. With the lake bus (a bus stop is not far from our house) you can reach Lake Kaltern in summer. You can also reach the cities of Bolzano and Merano in a short time by car or public transport.
Service Hours: Night service is not guaranteed between 7:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Late Check-Out: Late check-out is permitted only with prior written confirmation from MUSE.office. Absent such confirmation, a full day's rate will be charged.
Same-Day Bookings: For reservations made on the same day as arrival, check-in is allowed only from 5:00 PM onwards.
Pets: Not all properties permit pets. Guests must notify MUSE.holiday via a separate email of their intention to bring pets. Where allowed, a fee of €15.00 per pet per night applies.
