This large home features 9 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 2 large living areas with dinning space for 20. This home is one of the largest in all of Sunriver with over 7200 sq/ft . The home has all modern and newly updated furnishings, mattresses, and 13 Smart TV's (in every bedroom).
There are a total of 8 king bedrooms, and a bunk room that sleeps 7. All bedrooms have TV's with premium satellite cable. This home has new high-end furnishings and original artwork/sculpture is featured throughout this luxury home.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need to prepare large meals. There are two fridges, a dishwasher, double oven, microwave, two coffee pots, toasters and place settings for 20. There is a large table in the kitchen and bar stools to seat 3 at the counter. The formal dining area has additional seating for 16.
The two large living rooms allow for all guests to have space to relax in comfort.
This home comes with 18 unlimited use SHARC Passes. These recreation passes allow unlimited use to the SHARC aquatic facility, tubing hill, tennis courts, and boat launch.
