You deserve the best! Beautiful tidy, apartment in the center of Athens, just a 6min walk from the central city Victoria metro. The apartment is very nice, on the upper 1st floor, three bedroom flat share 70m² bright & airy furnished penthouse for flat share, renovated in excellent condition, with 3 rooms, ideal for students, with 4 furnished balconies, overlooking a quiet planted pedestrian alleyway vertical to 3 September St. & 3 other balconies, 5' from Victoria Square and A.U.E.B., fully renovated elevator. Price all inclusive, except electricity, with all electrical appliances, kitchen equipment, and security door lock. Fast reliable internet, TV, satellite Astra & Hotbird 1.000 channels Antenna, video intercom, water accounts & communal flats accounts. All doors lock. It is a very clean place with freshly washed sheets and towels provided to every guest! The electrical Company accounts are not included. We are always next to you for anything you may need. We will do our best for you to have a great time in Athens!

10. The managers office is in the same building so whatever you need I am there for you.
11. The place is secure as next door is the Neoclassical building of the archives National Greece, the Numismatic Museum of Athens, guarded 24 hours a day.
12. Next door is 24 hour garage.
