Centrally located, Vintage styleing boasts 1950 Sqft. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. 2 bedrooms have queen beds and primary has a king. Stand up work stations in 2 of the rooms. beautiful back yard with sparkling pool. 85" TV in living room and 44" in the primary bedroom. Covered patio and loungers to relax pool side. This home is not setup for children, houses ,many glass items and vintage furniture. The home has several level changes throughout.
No pets on furniture or beds All pets must be approved by host prior to stay and pay the $60 pet fee per stay. please pick up after your pet(s).
No eating on furniture or beds Home must be left in a clean condition similar to arrival.
*Pool service person comes every Thursday*
*Lawn Maintenance comes every Tuesday*
- No smoking inside, (outdoors is ok). Please discard any and all cigarette butts/etc
- Quiet time : 10pm to 8am daily
Cleaning Policy: The house must be left as found, meaning no damage or missing items to receive a full security deposit refund. The security deposit will be returned to you if the house is left with no damage, missing items and or additional cleaning charges. The original $180.00 cleaning fee is non-refundable. Guests must agree to the following: 1. You will leave the house in the same condition as arrival, minus the normal cleaning that we do. 2. You will be completely responsible for any and all damage to the house or property caused by your negligence. 3. You will hold the owners harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property or pool area. 4. You agree to forfeit any portion of the security/damage deposit that is reasonably attributable to broken, damaged, or missing items.
