The first floor also has a guest bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom located in the hallway. The king master bedroom is on the second floor, complete with a private balcony and ensuite bath. There’s also a bunk room on the second floor with a full over full bunkbed and its own private balcony access. On the third floor you’ll find a separate lift area with a twin over full bunkbed and a pullout twin trundle, enough to sleep 4 total. Hope of the bikes and explore all the nearby beaches then head to any of the local restaurants nearby for some delicious eats. The beach is waiting and it’s time to play so come stay at 30 plAy!
Old Florida Village is a quaint coastal community of 75 cottage style homes. The neighborhood has two community swimming pools and is just a short walk or bike ride to the sugar white sands of the beach. Old Florida Village is located just a few blocks from Gulf Place, which offers dining, shopping, and outdoor concerts and events during season. Heading east from the neighborhood, you will find Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, and Seaside. Old Florida Village is an ideal getaway spot for a relaxing stay by the beach.

You'll have an array of dining options to choose from!
30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
