We propose you to rent, on the commune of Lampaul-Plouarzel, this charming house with sea view, near the beach, of a surface of 80 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 27 m², an open plan fitted kitchen, three nice bedrooms, two shower rooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 750 m² and a terrace. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 27 m² with TV, sofas and dining area. Very nice view on the Iroise sea from the living room.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190), a large cupboard and a desk.
- Bedroom 2: bunk beds (90×200 bed upstairs and 140×200 bed downstairs) and built-in cupboard.
- A shower room with shower and WC.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a chest of drawers. View on the North side on the Iroise sea and on the West side on Ouessant islands and Molène archipelago.
- A bathroom with shower and WC.
Outside :
- A beautiful unfenced garden of about 750 m² this vast space will allow you to enjoy the sun and also the fresh air.
- A 13 m² terrace, facing North/North-West with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Lampaul-Plouarzel, in a very pleasant environment. Two small beaches, as well as the famous GR34, are accessible on foot by walking down the small path that passes in front of the house. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in front of the house (2 to 3 vehicles).
Activities
- Tourist sites : close to the Aber Ildut, the Pointe Saint Mathieu, the Conquet pier for the islands of Ouessant and Molène, 15 minutes away the town of Saint Renan with its medieval houses and its big Saturday market. 30 minutes from the 3 curés recreation park, the largest amusement park in Brittany. About 30 minutes from Brest, its castle, its harbour, Oceanopolis, the jewel of marine culture unique in Europe, the Capucins plateau, the Marine Museum.
- Sporting activities: A sailing school is located in Plouarzel, about 2.5 kilometres from the house. Swimming, surfing and diving can be practised on the coast, hiking along the GR 34.
- Cultural visits: visit the lighthouse of Trézien and the lighthouse of the point St Mathieu (Le Conquet).
- Events: every Thursday a small market is held on the town hall square.
