These luxury villas built in 2015 are in the most beautiful part of Rhodos, on the Prasonisi peninsula, with its pristine landscape. It is just five minutes to the beach and a few steps into the pretty, traditional village of Kattavia. As a guest at these holiday houses you can benefit from a quiet location close to nature.
The environmentally friendly houses are clad with natural stone and provide their guests a high standard of comfort in stylishly designed rooms. Satellite TV and free wireless Internet access are provided, as well as free use of air conditioning in all the rooms.
Each villa has its own private swimming pool with an outdoor shower and a grill. The outdoor lighting provides an atmospheric, romantic ambience in the evenings. Parking spaces are available.
The two adjacent villas can also be rented together, subject to availability, by families or groups of friends. They can accommodate up to 13 people. A private cook and home help can be booked in addition at a supplementary charge. The rental price includes weekly cleaning of the house and the pool, as well as use of bath towels, pool towels and slippers. Guests receive a welcome package with local products upon arrival.
The villas are closer than any other holiday house to the lovely and famous beach at Prasonisi. It takes just five minutes to get there, a popular spot for surfers and kite surfers. The lovely beach at Apolakia is only a three-minute drive away and the sandy beach at Plimmiri is 8km away. The village of Kattavia, with a grocery shop and restaurants, is just 100 metres away.
Villa Panormitis, featuring view to the countryside and a big private swimming pool of 40 sq.m.. Located just 270 meters from the village of Kattavia, where you can find several restaurants with Greek cuisine, it offers high quality amenities.
The terrace has also sunbeds, table/chairs and pergola.This villa is also equipped with a 5-seats hot tub, with hydromassage and chromotherapy. The use of the hot tub has a standard fee per stay, which is optional, but have to be pre-booked (order and pay in advance).
It features a big private swimming pool of 40 m² and a great view to the countryside. Having three modern and luxurious bedrooms with three ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers, it offers to its guests absolute privacy! Villa Panormitis has two connected buildings: the main building (45 m²) has one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with two single beds and ensuite bathroom and a single space with living room and fully equipped kitchen. Next to the main building there's a separate external bedroom (15 m².) with its own ensuite bathroom with shower. This is a great facility which allows to the members of a family or to a group of friends to have their own privacy! The interior of the villa is decorated in a simple and luxurious way, while the beds have top quality mattresses and pillows. The swimming pool... is the diamond of the villa! Featuring a perimetric overflow, it has a great view to the garden, to the countryside and to the private church of Archangel Michael (Panormitis). It's depth varies from 1,50 m to 1,75 m., enough both for dives and swimming. All the TVs in the house have USB ports, so guests can use their own data, films, photos or music. The villa also offers a private hot tub as an extra and optional service (extra charge). Relax to your private hot tub by hearing your preferred music and enjoy hydromassage, and chromotherapy. Our jacuzzi is heated and of high quality, equipped with waterfall and led lighting.
The villa is only 5 minutes (6 Km) drive from the sandy beach of Prasonisi and 25 Km from the castle of Monolithos. A lot of nice beaches are closeby, within 5-15 minutes, such as Lachania, Plimmiri, Gennadi, Apolakkia and Mavros Kavos.
Parties, events or any use of the facilities of the villa from higher number of people than that who booked are NOT allowed, due to the regulations of the Greek Tourism Organization.
