Accessible via a private road and an automatic gate, it sits at the entrance of a Florentine family's estate, whose grand villa with the guest apartment "La Terrazza sul Mare" No. 180296 is located just below. Due to its hillside position, the impeccably maintained small house spans two levels, offering sea views from almost every window. The two large terraces provide both sun and shade, and are equipped with a dining table, chairs, and sun loungers.
In the upper part of the house, there is a cozy living room and, separated by glass doors, a modern kitchen. In front of it, there is a large terrace with a barbecue. On the lower level of the house, at garden level, there are two bedrooms, a shower/WC, and a private garden terrace with a magnificent sea view.
