Highlands, known for it's shopping, restaurants, and spa; is less than 14 miles from the farm. The farm sits at 3700+ feet elevation, the 26 acres are gently rolling and all walkable. There are 4 ponds on the property where you can catch and release bass, blue gill, and catfish. You'll also enjoy the many koi swimming in the ponds and the ducks and geese that visit everyday. You'll enjoy watching the llamas and donkeys as they graze and wander through the pastures. Lake Glenville is within a 2 minute drive. Owner has property in the lakefront development across the road from the farm, which will allow access to the lake for swimming, fishing and sun bathing. You can also utilize the dock, but overnight boat parking is not allowed. Contact owner for more information and clarification. The home has 7 bedrooms and 7 baths.
