Holiday cottage overlooking the Baltic Sea on a huge natural plot. The house is built with thatched roofs and highly insulated. There are two fireplaces with free firewood, one fireplace in the kitchen that can create cosiness around mealtimes and a fireplace in the living room that can be enjoyed throughout the year. From most rooms you have a sea view and there is also a spacious utility room and two bathrooms with large shower cubicles. The house has underfloor heating throughout (geothermal). In the large activity room you can play billiards, table football, table tennis and darts so there is ample opportunity for many funny moments. There is also a TV. The location is superb. The mornings can offer magnificent sunrise over the sea and the sunset can be enjoyed out over the flat, cultivated fields. On the large terrace and garden area is a grill and the opportunity to relax when you are not at the beach and swim, fish, sail or surf. The house has a well thought, large dining kitchen which is well equipped with large fridge and freezer, extra wide cooker, dishwasher and a Nespresso machine. There is a sandpit and football goal outside. Inside are several board games and there are various channels and DVD player.
