Positive: So confortable, clean, nicely decorated, every detail for anything needed. Nice size for in rooms.
Negative: Maybe stairs a bit difficult for big feet or people not so agile. A lot of traffic on the road just outside, though it is not really a problem if you get up early in the morning.
