7 Genoa Court is an upscale 6 bedroom/6.5 bathroom town home located a short distance from Harbour Town, with shops and restaurants. The laundry room is found just a few stairs down from the main entrance. The main living area is on the first floor where you will find the kitchen, dining, living room with 59" Smart TV and two bedrooms. This home has beautiful gray hardwood floors and is tastefully decorated. Bedroom #1 is to the right and has a king bed and 43” mounted Smart TV. The private bath has a single vanity with granite top and a tub/shower combination. There is a ½ bathroom in the hall and to the left of the stairs is Bedroom #2 which has a queen over queen bunk bed and mounted 43” Smart TV. This room also has a private bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combo.
The kitchen is gray with white countertops and black stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove. There are four bar stools at the countertop so guests can watch the chef prepare their favorite meal. There is a very nice wood dining room table that seats six just off the kitchen. The large living room with high ceilings has a gray L-shaped couch, matching love seat and a 58” Smart TV mounted in a ship-lap cutout. Behind the couch is a large beverage center with sink, wine racks, wine fridge and an ice maker. Perfect for making your favorite cocktails!
Outside is the private pool deck where there are two lounge chairs, two wicker chairs and two small tables that seat two.
The second floor has two more bedrooms both with private bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed and 43” Smart TV; the other bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed. Each bathroom has double vanities with granite top and walk-in showers.
The third floor is very similar with a king size bed in each room with a 43” Smart TV. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms with double vanities and walk-in showers.
Finally on the fourth floor there is an extra living room with a couch and 55” mounted TV plus a beverage center with sink and mini fridge. The sliding doors open up to an open deck where there are six chairs and a wicker sofa. A perfect place to bask in the sun while enjoying a cocktail.
