*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 10 people at any time at the house. This includes any dinners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
**Parking: 8 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. You may park in the garage and driveway only. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

Summer or Winter, this 2800 square foot private mountain home is perfect for families and friends . Walk or shuttle to Heavenly’s Boulder Lodge, 4 mile drive to casinos, Edgewood Golf Course, shopping, and restaurants, 7 miles to Zephyr Cove Beach.
Known as Chef Dave's Lodge because of the gourmet kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, 6 burner gas cook top, double ovens, microwave, dishwasher, large French Door refrigerator and plenty of granite counter space for food prep. Dining table seats 8, with additional seating at the breakfast bar.
Full size front loading washer and dryer in the laundry room, double car garage, with parking for an additional 6 cars, or Truck and boat trailer in the driveway.
Maple hardwood and tile floors throughout, showers in all five bathrooms, 2 of the bathrooms also have a bathtub. Two of the five bathrooms are en suite
