When you pull through the private gate, your drive down the 600 foot concrete driveway through a mature tree canopy reveals a view of the home and lake. There is parking for 4 cars plus a 3 car garage for you to store your cars. More can be parked part way up the driveway and at the street. The entry to the lodge is only three steps down from the driveway. When you open the door you are greeted by a large living room and open kitchen with a high vaulted ceiling and a wall of windows facing the lake. You and your guests will know you have chosen the right vacation retreat within seconds of entering. Open the sliding glass doors and step onto the one of three decks where you can look at the incredible 180 degree views of the lake that is almost below your feet. The house is divided onto 4 floors as follows: - Top floor - Private Master bedroom and bath and home office - Main Level- Living Room, Dining Area & Kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, screened patio and huge deck - Terrace Level- Second Living Room, Billiards, Bar, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and even bigger deck than main level covered with an outdoor living room. - Lower Level - Play Room (ping pong and Foosball), 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, big deck, steps to dock The lake is literally 10 feet from the house where there is a 40 foot walkway to the floating dock. The new floating dock (installed July 2018) has: - swim platform - the water is 25 feet deep at the back of the dock when the lake is at full pool - no wood - no splinters - this is a beautiful state of the art dock - party deck on top of the dock with lounge chairs and adirondack chairs - dock box with lake floats NOTE: The driveway is very steep at the bottom. Heavily loaded 2 wheel drive vehicles may have an issue going up the drive and properly maintained brakes and tires are required.
