Family home: 6 bedrooms + family room and 4 full bathrooms. Many large windows and patio doors upstairs and down facing a fantastic view making it bright and inviting interior. This fabulous home boasts a large living/dining room, kitchen and Family room. 2 laundry rooms, central vac, 2 natural gas log fireplaces, alarm, skylight in the main bathroom, forced air natural gas HVAC, 6 zones in-ground irrigation, fiber optic internet, asphalt roof replaced in 2014, double garage, large upper and lower balconies.
Main upper level: 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with soaker tub and shower. The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with a jetted soaker tub/shower. The master bedroom also has its own patio door that leads to the balcony. From bed or the bathtub, you can view the mountains, orchards, City of Kelowna and Okanagan Lake. The dining and living room with their own doors to the balcony, through the laundry room leads to the attached double garage.
Lower level: 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a family room. Leading down to the bright lower level you will be greeted by a large family/games room with a separate patio door entrance, gas log fireplace, laundry room and wet bar with another patio door entrance.
