The welcoming little front porch with its two comfy rockers sets the tone for the well appointed and comfortable interior. The living areas of this open floor plan are wonderful for entertaining or just kicking back to relax. This lovely condo has just had a total renovation with all new furniture, kitchen cabinets, counters and bathrooms! All completed December 2019. The living and dining areas open onto a 25 foot long deck overlooking a protected bird rookery with views of the Harbor River and its glowing sunsets. Perfect for enjoying morning coffee or an evening beverage! You’ll feel right at home in this spacious flat with a well appointed and comfortable interior which includes a high speed wireless internet connection, Roku TV and all new appliances and furniture. Brand new sofa and chairs in the living room provide plenty of seating for family & friends! The newly painted interior creates a bright and inviting atmosphere. Easily seating six, the dining area has a large ceiling fan and plenty of light. The adjoining open kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, cookware and dinnerware, and a full sized washer and dryer are tucked away in the hallway. All appliances, cabinets and counter tops are brand new! There is easy access to the views of the gorgeous rookery; full of birds, turtles and alligators from 4 sliding glass doors to the decks. The private master suite offers a king sized bed and access to two decks. The bathroom has been totally remodeled to include double sinks, makeup vanity and large walk in shower. Additional storage has also been added to the closet area. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and plenty of storage space for clothing and personal items. A full bath is conveniently located adjacent to the guest bedroom. The guest bath also has new shower/tub, toilet and sink as of December 2019.
