We’ve suspended same day and back-to-back check-ins/check-outs to allow ample time to clean all touchable surfaces as per the CDC recommendations. We are installing hand sanitizers. We have removed all decorative and throw pillows that cannot be easily washed between guests. All bedding is cleaned and sanitized before your visit. Our high-touch surfaces are thoroughly wiped down with disinfectant, and our house is fogged between guests. We believe that taking these extra measures will create peace of mind during this time. The 'grandchild hideaway cubby’ sleeps two more toddler children. In addition, we offer one crib, one Pack n Play, a highchair and booster seats for the little ones. Pets are not allowed at the home. This family friendly 5500 sq foot lake house is one of Big Canoe's best properties for family reunions, weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries, golf outings, business and church meetings. Take the backyard trail along the lake apprx 300 yds and find yourself at the Swim Club with pool, wading pool, sand beach, beach volleyball, nature rock water slide, paddle boats/boards, canoes and Disharoon Cafe offering food and beverages. Beside the Swim Club is the 16,000 Sq Ft Big Canoe Fitness Center with Spa, indoor pool, workout machines, indoor tennis, racquetball and aerobic classes. The remodeled kitchen has all new appliances, a six-unit gas cook top, large double ovens with microwave, pass through bar plus an eating bar. The dining table seats 8 with an additional 7 seats at the kitchen counter bars. The Verde Jewel granite counter tops make this a showpiece as well as an inviting kitchen. The ample supply of stemware, flatware, dinnerware and cookware support 30+ guests. The expansive back porch with dining and covered porch seating areas provides comfort for eleven more. Panoramic floor to ceiling windows lead onto huge decks and the best views anywhere. The downstairs great room has a large flat screen TV, and a kitchenette with cooktop, microwave, more granite counter tops and full-size fridge. The area is complete with Pool/Ping-Pong table that will provide many hours of enjoyment for the entire family. Downstairs there is a second master suite with a private bath, two separate deck entrances and king size bed. An additional bedroom with 2 queen beds, and en-suite full bath, pull-out single sofa chairs opens up to lower deck access. Our circular drive at the end of the street, 2-space street parking and two car garage provide access and ample parking. Please be aware motorcycles and RVs are not allowed inside the gates of Big Canoe. Golf carts are only allowed on the golf course. Be sure to take advantage of the other amenities award winning Big Canoe offers: pontoon boating, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing on Lake Petit.
