Azzurra Cottage is located in the charming DESTIN, FL beach community of Crystal Shores known for it's casual luxury, right in the heart of Crystal Beach. Crystal Shores is a family neighborhood with upscale Florida cottage style homes with white picket fences and brick paved sidewalks throughout. The charm of this home and neighborhood is unmatched in Destin. Room to park 2 cars.
Azzurra is a beach cottage that allows families to stay together, but have privacy as well. Splash in the private pool or snooze on the private sun deck. Azzurra is just a few steps to the beach, a two minute walk approximately 500'. There is a great walking and biking trail steps away on Scenic 98. The Destin Commons Outdoor Mall is just a two minute drive. Azzurra is convenient to Publix, Walmart, and several beach supply stores. There is also a movie theater, outdoor shopping mall, water park, mini golf, marina, world class golf nearby.
Azzurra features a spacious great room/ living room with a large flat screen television. There is an additional second living room, as well, with a flat screen television. There is an open eat-in (with kitchen table that seats 4 and additional seating at the bar) kitchen and bar area. Kitchen is well stocked and includes everything you need to make your favorite meals. There is a separate dining room with a table and chairs with seating for six.
The bedroom layout is as follows:
• 1 Master King bedroom with master bathroom, with whirlpool tub & separate shower, double sinks
• Second King bedroom on the first floor
• 2 Queen and 1 King bedroom on the second floor
• 2 sets of Twin bunk-beds on third story loft bedroom.
• Four full baths on the second floor. One full bath on the first floor.
All the bedrooms and living rooms have their own television.
