The entryway leads into a spacious den with high ceilings and large windows, where you can watch the light pour in on a fresh Colorado morning. The massive brick fireplace, the mounts on the walls — immediately communicate that this is a unique and special place.
The eat-in kitchen is equipped with high quality stainless steel appliances and trimmings to match the Colorado cabin mood. Enjoy cooking in a well planned space that invites everyone to join in a family-style meal. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and living areas: with a fireplace and 1 of the 6 Samsung TVs in the house!
The bedrooms are on the basement and upper floors. Each is designed with custom, chic furniture, decor, and trimmings, giving guests the feeling of being clean & cozy at all times. Find fresh, crisp linens on the beds, of which there are many. You’ll find 2 king-sized, 4 queen-sized, and 4 twin-sized beds spread out over the 2 floors.
The bathrooms are kept tidy and with modern fixtures. All the necessities are there, including tubs for soaking and cozy bath mats. Guests can also enjoy the basement den, with big windows and glass doors that lead out into the back yard. Rest assured, these visits are designed to be non-intrusive. The technician only needs access to the outdoor area and will not disturb your indoor privacy. We schedule these sessions to ensure minimal disruption to your relaxation and aim to provide you with a seamless, top-notch experience.

Getting Around:
Although an exceptional number of restaurants, bars, cafes, venues in the region, we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling elsewhere in Colorado Springs. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around.

AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.

- Dog Policy:
-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
