The master suite’s restroom features a luxurious shower with a drying basin, a separate jetted bathtub, his/her vanities and a separate room with a door to the toilet, allowing for privacy. In addition, there are three other bedrooms in the main house (other bedrooms besides the master) comprised of: two rooms with queen bed and one with twin and full bunk beds plus a full sized trundle pull out bed under the bottom bunk. The main house also has a spacious office with a sleeper sofa with a queen size memory foam mattress and has its own smart TV as well so it can be used as another bedroom. The property also includes a very spacious 1B/1B guesthouse. The guesthouse features; a king size bed, one queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress and a full size sleeper love seat sofa with a memory foam mattress. The guesthouse also features an en suite bathroom. There is also a brand new theater room with a projector and kitchenette. This home is an entertainer's paradise with its large kitchen and a screened-in lanai that leads to the pool area with a cabana house equipped with a wet bar and full bathroom. THE POOL IS HEATED! For even more fun outdoor activities, or small events tucked behind the pool area is a significant courtyard with a fountain, pavers, mature shade provided by stunning, 200+ year old oak trees, and plenty of space for a relaxing evening. The home is on a quiet and private street, 5 minutes to the nearest golf course, 15 minutes to MCO, 15 minutes to Orlando Speed World, or 30 minutes to Disney, other theme parks or The beach!
