Fripp Landing is a bit of paradise on a private island with 2 golf courses, pools and a beautiful beach. The Village of Newhaven Complex is oceanfront with beach access at low tide. The condo complex has a beautifully landscaped courtyard, complete with gas grilling area and tables for your enjoyment. Across the street is the Ocean Point Golf Course & Grill and next door to the Ocean Point Pool. Fripp Landing has everything you need for a perfect VACATION !! Features include a fully equipped, eat in kitchen for 6. You will enjoy the 40+" flat screen televisions/DVD in the living room and both bedrooms. Apple TV is also included. There is bonus sitting area adjacent to LR with overstuffed chairs for reading, gaming and conversation. There are two large bedrooms with two and a half baths. King size bedrooms with en suites, additionally there is a queen sleeper sofa in LR. Cable, WiFi and in-unit washer and dryer are provided for the convenience of our guests. We have also included for the little travelers: Pack n' Play, restaurant style high chair, and safety gate. There are 6 guest cards included with your rental with a value of up to $300.00. Guest cards are required for all visitors, age 12 and over. Each guest should present their guest card to access all resort amenities: swimming pools, restaurants, bars and more. Guest cards also offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis. Golf carts can be rented through the Resort at Excursions in the Marina. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It's a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty and an excellent way to visit our unique island.
