This stylishly appointed beach house, with the ocean only metres away, provides an authentic Australian holiday experience. 65 Seaview features 3 levels comprising of 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms andspacious pool, it willaccommodateup to 10 guests comfortably. It has air conditioning and ceiling fans in all 3 upstairs bedrooms, and ceiling fans in the living area on the middle level. There arebeautiful cross ventilation breezes when the glass sliding doors are opened to the ocean.The lovely open plan living area features high raked ceilings with exposed beams and rafters, and connects to both the large front deck showcasing ocean views, and rear entertaining area featuring the in-ground pool. Seaview is a great place for families and is also Pet Friendly , withstair access down to the pet friendly beach and northern end of Sunshine Beach.You will find it hard to leave Seaview Beach House, but when you do Hastings Street is only a 5 - 10 minute drive. Sunshine Beach has become a popular tourist destination in its own right. The pristine beach attracts good swell and provides excellent beach breaks for surfers. The beach is also patrolled so it is suitable for the whole family. Views to Lion's Head and the National Park are stunning.There is access to the Noosa National Park section from Parkedge Road and the northern end of Sunshine Beach on McAnally Drive.
