The holiday home, built in typical Ibicencan style, offers not only space for two people but also a fantastic view of the sea and the sunsets at sunset.
From the living room, a door leads to the private terrace, which has a large table with chairs and an umbrella to protect you from the midday sun. An external staircase also leads to two other large terraces with beautiful views to the south and west. The sunsets over the sea are beautiful and can be seen very well from here. There is a comfortable sitting area, a small table and a sun lounger. The house also has its own small Mediterranean garden.
The house has a spacious bedroom (17 m²) with a comfortable double bed, two wardrobes and opaque blind, and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave and offers direct access to the living room, which has a small dining table and a small sofa with cable TV (no German TV channels).
