The 60 sqm attic apartment is modern and comfortable furnished. There is a double bed (1,40 m x 2m). It has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and a kettle. It has a nice bath with a shower. Hairdryer, towels and bed lining are provided. The apartment also has a large balcony.
A TV and free WiFi are included.
On request, a weekly cleaning service is for € 78.00 per week possible.
The apartment is located in the modern centre of Cologne in the popular Belgian Quarter. The quarter offers everything you can expect from Cologne in the immediate vicinity: from the traditional brewery and exquisite restaurants to bars, nightclubs and many small individual shops. Shopping facilities for daily needs are available in the immediate vicinity.

From the tram stop Friesenplatz (350 meters) there are underground lines that go in all directions (more info on (hidden)). Cologne ́s main station (Köln Hauptbahnhof) is 20 minutes walking distance.
