Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, on the commune of Le Fleix, this charming apartment with shared swimming pool, of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an open equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and you can enjoy a shared garden of about 1 800 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, electric hotplates, refrigerator, freezer...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
For even more comfort : barbecue, high chair, baby bed, fan, ironing board and iron.
Shared exterior:
- An above ground swimming pool (shared with the other apartment, not heated), size 7×4 m, open from May 01 to October 15 (Opening dates not contractual)...
- Three terraces of about 20 m² each, facing South with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The apartment is ideally located in Le Fleix, in a very pleasant and quiet environment within an attractive town. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- At 50 m enclosed children's playground, swings, slide, in the communal area, two tennis courts and three petanque courts, municipal library, place Raymond Chandou 24130 Le Fleix.
- At 500 m visit of the Dordogne, the House of Catherine de Médicis, La Moulinasse, the Parquet, the 3 iron cannons, the earthenware factory of the Port, the earthenware factory of the Bourg, the church St Etienne, the Viaduct of the Mignon, the Quai of the Port of Fleix, the ramp of the ferry, the bridge in reinforced cement, the wash-house.
- For the meetings and the demonstrations possible hiring SALLE RENÉ CHAUVIN hiring with the Town hall. Loop of pedestrian, equestrian and VTT of 7,9 km on paths.
( LA PLAGE DES BARDOULETS. On the banks of the Dordogne, in Port Sainte Foy and Ponchapt (5 km), the beach is supervised in July and August, from Tuesday to Sunday every afternoon. It has many leisure facilities: slide, swing, beach volleyball court, shaded picnic area with tables. Sanitary facilities and a shower are available for bathers. Moreover, you will have the choice to lounge on the sand or on the grass in the shade of the umbrella pines. Numerous parking spaces allow you to park easily.
( LE LAC DE GURSON Located in Villefranche de Lonchat (20 km), it allows swimming in summer, and offers a fine sandy beach of one hectare to play, rest or sunbathe. This leisure base offers many activities: fishing according to current regulations and departmental decree, hiking, picnics, playgrounds for children, bike park, archery, water activities in July and August.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly outside the property, about 5 parking lots in total. Free parking is available outside the property, 100 meters from the house.

- Nearest airport: Bergerac and Bordeaux
