Consisting of 4 bedrooms, this delightful, homely property, Silverleaves Beach Cottage, is large enough to house 2 families comfortably, providing the perfect getaway in the tranquil and beautiful sought after Silverleaves area. Just a few minutes walk from a glorious sandy beach, this property is situated in a quiet road with a small café, Silverleaves General Store - perfect for food, latte, or a simple glass of wine - just five minutes down the road.
The main bedroom has a queen bed, ample wardrobe space and an ensuite, the 2nd bedroom has a tri-bunk (double bed on bottom, single on top) and an additional single bed, perfect for the kids, bedroom 3 has another 2 single beds and the 4th bedroom has another queen bed.
At the front of the house is the main lounge room with a wood fire to keep you warm and plenty of books to read for those lazy days, whilst, at the back of the house, the large rumpus room provides the perfect place for the kids to play, and leads out to a decking area for outdoor dining with garden views.
A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook for the family and a dishwasher makes cleaning up quick and easy. A dining area to seat 6 is situated next to the kitchen.
The laundry is connected to the second bathroom.
There is enough space to park 2 cars in the driveway.
