In highly sought after Ocean Creek area. This 3 Bedroom 2 and half baths have plenty of room to spread out in. Open floor plan with a reverse floor plan and tons of natural light. Sits on Davis Love Golf course with several holes and then marsh view out the back. Screen porches have been closed in for a Carolina Room and the downstairs is another large living area off the Master Bedroom that has a twin over full bunk bed. Just steps to the Cabana Club, Camp Fripp, and Wardle's pier.
All bedrooms are on the second floor. First room has 2 double beds, second room has a queen, 3rd room is the primary with ensuite bath, king sized bed and an additional twin over full bunk. Full bath in the hallway bw bdrms 2 and 3. Half bath is upstairs with kitchen/living/dining.
6 seat electric golf cart is included. Club cards may be purchased.
A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.

Summary: Great house, and even better view! The 3rd floor sun porch, off the kitchen/living room, was definitely our favorite room in the house. There weren’t a lot of details on this house in the description…all bedrooms are on the second floor. First room has 2 double beds, second room has a queen, 3rd room is the master with attached bath, king sized bed and an additional twin over full bunk. Full bath in the hallway bw bdrms 2 and 3. Half bath is upstairs with kitchen/living/dining. TV’s are Roku. 2 coffee makers, k-cup and drip. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice pantry. There are lots of sand toys and a nice beach wagon in the garage. Also noticed a highchair and toys in closets. The grill was FULL of mold, would’ve taken MAJOR cleaning. We let the property manager know…she had one sent over the next day. Golf cart worked well, it is a rental from Beaufort carts. We enjoyed our stay! Fripp never disappoints. We would gladly stay in this house again…until next time Fripp!
