Welcome to a nice summer cottage with an elevated position and sea views. The plot is on several floors with a guest cottage in a quiet cottage area. In the large house there is a homely kitchen with stove and refrigerator and freezer. Dining area is in the living room with fireplace and comfortable sofa. Large lovely glazed conservatory with seating and a terrace with magical sea views. Next to the kitchen is a smaller bedroom with two site-built beds 80 cm wide. With a view of the sea and exit to the terrace is the master bedroom with a large high double bed. The bathroom is slightly smaller with a sink and a separett. Shower is in the basement and of a simple standard. The guest house below is nice and bright, perfect accommodation for those with older children and those who want to live a little for themselves. There is space for a computer and 2 beds 90cm wide. A very nice accommodation for 4-6 people who want to crab fishing, salt baths and everything the west coast has to offer. The garden is lush green and together with the small tap in mosaic it gives a warm welcome feeling and the decor is harmonious and homely. There is a large nice swimming area at Saltkällan with restaurant, kiosk and changing rooms. There is a bathing jetty here and it is shallow so very suitable for families with children. Below the house, the road goes down to a public smaller bathing place if you want more privacy. This house is not for companies or youth groups. The guest house above the house is private. In this cottage you live with a view of the Gullmarsfjord, interesting excursion destinations such as Uddevalla, Torp Shopping Center, only 30 km to Smögen, Kungshamn, Grundsund and much more. Welcome!
