The cottage consists of a large and bright kitchen / living room with wood stove and panoramic windows that face the heather-clad meadows at the back of the cottage, where there is also a nice southwest-facing terrace and play equipment for the children. Three good bedrooms, bathroom with whirlpool and direct access to the sauna. There is an enclosed, southeast facing terrace at the front of the house where you can enjoy the morning sun. An energy-saving air / air heat pump is installed in the house. There is a trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance). The cottage is located near a walking and cycling path that leads you directly to the beach at Lakolk. Not for rent to youth groups.
