This well-appointed cottage is located in the first row with unobstructed panoramic views of the sea at Købingsmark, which can be enjoyed from the living room or from the terrace. The beach is just a stone's throw away right next to the house. From the terrace the sun can also be enjoyed around the clock. One terrace is covered and the other has an electric awning that can be operated as needed. After a dip in the sea, you can rinse under the outdoor shower, which has both cold and hot water. The evening hours can also be enjoyed to the fullest with family and friends inside the house, where there is a good selection of TV programs as well as free internet for streaming m.m. Otherwise, just turn on the outdoor gas grill. The house is the perfect starting point for excursions to the area's many sights as well as the nearby market towns with a large selection of restaurants and shopping opportunities. Not for rent to youth groups.
