An energy-saving air / air heat pump has been installed. In addition, free internet connection, cot and high chair are available. Around the house there is a footpath and a large terrace area. Secluded terrace behind the house to the east and terraces to the south and west. The house is located on a hilly plot with plenty of opportunity for sun or shade, and there is always a nice nook to gather around the grill. Not for rent to youth groups.
