The Space
When you arrive you will enter into a large entry room providing plenty of space to keep you outdoor attire. From here, you will be greeted by the open floor layout of the main level offering a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area and expansive living area. The kitchen is well stocked with all cooking necessities to prepare full meals, a coffee bar with an espresso machine and dual Keurig coffee maker with plenty of cabinet and countertop space. Between the kitchen and the dining area you will find bar seating for 4, a breakfast nook table for 4 and a sprawling, handmade wooden dining table providing seating for 8. The brightly lit living area hosts a large sofa, two love seats and a 75" Smart TV. Enjoy the privacy and comforts of a main floor bedroom with en suite bathroom offering a king sized bed and walk in shower. This room also offers a Smart TV for your enjoyment. Lastly, the main floor is home to a half bath/laundry room with new frontload clothes washer and dryer.
The stairway to the upstairs is located off of the living area and brings you to 5 more bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a cozy reading nook, and an office area upstairs. The "Azores Bedroom" offers a king size bed, Smart TV and plenty of space for storage. Next door you will find the "Airforce Bedroom" offering another king bed, Smart TV, dresser and closet. Down the hall you will find the "Wyoming Bedroom" which has a full size bed, Smart TV, dresser and closet. The "Virginia Bedroom" brings you to our bunk room which boasts two bunk beds plus a trundle totaling 5 twin beds. Lastly, our "Guam Bedroom" offers a full size bed, Smart TV, dresser, closet, and a desk for a work area. All bedrooms are styled with luxurious bedding for your maximum comfort. Of the two full bathrooms upstairs, one features a bathtub and shower combination while the other offers a step in shower. For those that need to work while traveling, the upstairs also offers an office area. This space also houses a daybed for additional sleeping accommodations. And for those rainy afternoons you will find a quaint and cozy reading nook tucked away upstairs.
The Outdoors
The outside area is just as expansive and welcoming as you will find the inside to be. Hawley Road House is perfectly positioned on just under two acres of a sprawling yard surrounded by rolling fields, orchards and windmills. Here you will find enjoyment playing with the kids on the children's playset and large wooden train, can take up a friendly game of cornhole or gather around the firepit in the evenings. There is also a gas grill located on the front deck of the home.
Whether inside or outside, you will be surrounded by the peaceful scenery of country living. Enjoy each morning sipping your coffee while watching the sunrise over the hills and windmills to the east. In the evenings enjoy the sunset to the west and take in the countless stars in the sky at dark.
