The 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home includes central air in both buildings and plenty of space to spend time with family

Enjoy the pastoral view with visits from ducks, geese, deer, turkeys, peacocks and other wildlife. Our deck allows for plenty of space to view beautiful sunsets and grill on the Weber grill.
Walk out the front door and book a ride on a horse right next door at rustic rides to Dories cove and ride along the beach. An island favorite attraction. Tell John you are staying with us and you get a $5.00 per person discount!
We are within walking distance to Green Way Trails, Cooneymus Beach, and adjacent to Rustic Rides horseback riding farm.
Our home is located on the west side offering a quieter setting and beautiful star gazing at night while still being 10 minutes from town.

Our barn is equipped with a brand new oversized couch to fit your whole family, kitchenette and 75 inch Smart TV with all apps to enjoy your favorite shows and movies after a long day at the beach. The barn offers a perfect space for kids to play + dinners with the family (table seats 15+)
