This beautiful stone house is located in ipanska Luka on the island of ipan and is about 100 metres from the sea. The holiday home consists of a total of three separate apartments, which are accessed via terraces and external stairs. The apartments on the first and second floor each have three bedrooms, while the apartment on the ground floor is a studio flat. In front of the house is the pool with sun deck and seating area, making it an ideal place for socialising. On the second floor, on the terrace behind the house, there is a fireplace where you can prepare delicious meals. The harbour of ipan is a small fishing village known for its 13th century castle. The island is connected to Dubrovnik by ferry lines.
